In the local organizing committee, we have made a selection of the most convenient hotels in advance for you to choose from. We have ensured a special room rate for a limited number of hotel rooms, which can be booked through the registration link when you register for the conference.

Flexibility in your booking

Please note that you are not required to pay for hotel accommodation in advance through the registration site. Furthermore, you will be able to make changes to your reservation until 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Hotel reservation after registration

In case you have already registered and afterwards wish to make a hotel reservation at the discounted conference rate, please contact Destination Nord (see contact information below) to make the reservation. Please include the following information in your email: Full name, email address, hotel as desired, room type as desired, date of arrival, date of departure, and any special requirements. Payment will be made to the hotel upon check out. Once the reservation has been made in your name, you will receive a confirmation email.
