Review process deadline changes

Due to the amount of papers received for the CARV/MCPC 2021 conference, some deadlines in the review process have changed:

  • Submission of review reports moved to 1 July 2021
  • Submission of revised papers moved to 2 August 2021
  • Submission of camera-ready papers still 15 August 2021 (Publisher mandated deadline)

To provide authors with as much time as possible to revise their papers we will be sending out review reports as we receive them, meaning that not everyone will receive review results simultaneously.

We have received reports from some users experiencing issues logging into or accessing assigned reviews. We therefore urge all assigned reviewers to check access to Springer OCS and their assigned reviews. If you experience any issues, please do not hesitate to notify us.

Conference registration update

Despite vaccinations are ongoing around the world, the uncertainty of travel restrictions due to COVID-19 is still present. We have, therefore, decided to postpone the opening of conference registration until medio August where we expect travel guidelines to be more predictable for the remaining part of 2021.

Thank you for your support!
